Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReviewTrust website, applications and services (the "Service"), operated by ReviewTrust ("ReviewTrust", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by ReviewTrust. You are entering into a contract with ReviewTrust. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. The Service

ReviewTrust provides tools that help businesses collect customer reviews, including QR codes, landing pages, and analytics. Features may evolve over time.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • upload malware, attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
  • attempt to manipulate or fabricate reviews in violation of platform policies or applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by ReviewTrust and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (business name, logo, review links, etc.). You grant ReviewTrust a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Payment, billing and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, currency, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

8. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewTrust's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ReviewTrust against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReviewTrust is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
