Refund Policy

ReviewTrust wants you to be confident in your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions.

1. Refund period

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date, for any reason. After the 30-day window, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future renewals.

2. How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
  • Email us at support@reviewtrust.app with your order ID and the email you used at purchase, and we will help you through the refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
